'Nowhere to go.' An empty Tullamarine Freeway, 5:02pm Saturday 4th April 2020.

'Necessity is the mother of invention.' Jesse Glass-McCasker (Footscray VFL) halfway through an arms session inside our garage / home gym. He is using a heavy resistance band looped around an old metal rake for barbell bicep curls.

'Fun Police.' All Victorian playgrounds closed in an attempt to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Empty food court in Ivanhoe Plaza (currently, Banyule City is one of Victoria's COVID-19 hotspots). Tables and chairs closed off with caution tape, as they breach the 1.5 metre social distancing rule.

'Supermarket attire.'

'The mysterious panic buying of flour'.

'Wash before Wear.' Some outfits I'd bought to perform in at my live saxophone gigs, hanging in the laundry for the time being.

'Modern Warfare: Infected' on Call Of Duty. Not ironic at all.

'Battleship.' Board games are a common pastime during the COVID-19 shutdown.

'Rainy Days and Mondays'. I know the feeling, boys.

'Jumping for Joy.' Exercise is one of the few escapes for people during these high stress times. One outing per day for the purpose of exercise is currently permitted in Victoria.
